Why have a Double Wall Burner? More efficient. Double wall burner can support a deep multi-section canopy that can radiate almost double the heat from the same amount of gas that a single wall burner with a one piece small flat canopy. Because of the inner wall and insulation, the heat is directed down to where it is needed. The inner wall and not the burner mesh supports the canopy so that if the heater inadvertently falls or is blown down the mesh will not be destroyed.
