The Heritage armchair is available in matt black and jade green with a matching two seater bench. This is an exceptionally generously proportioned high backed armchair which is fine enough to be used inside the home, and sturdy enough to be left outdoors all year round. The Heritage cushion fabrics co-ordinate with the luxurious tubular steel 242 model hammock, octagonal folding frames in either matt black or hunter green finish. Distinctive and elegant, Nova cast aluminium furniture features a range of styles catering for all tastes from traditional designs which have evolved from the cast iron artistry of the 18th century to contemporary classics created by Nova's designers. The manufacture of Nova cast aluminium furniture is complex and requires great skill at all stages. Production in the company's own foundry commences with the casting of recycled molten aluminium alloy at approximately 700°C. The finished components are coated in a polymer based UV protected outdoor grade electrostatic powder spray finish and baked at 180°C. Each piece is inspected before the furniture is flat packed and labelled ready for shipment. All products are very easy to assemble. Aluminium will not rust and all the nuts, bolts and washers are in stainless steel. This furniture is completely rust free and requires virtually no maintenance. An occasional light application of car wax is beneficial. Any break or abrasion on the paint surface should be touched in immediately with a suitable paint for outdoor use such as our colour-coded touch up paint range. All of our cast aluminium paint finishes have been salt spray tested to the highest industry standards. However, as with any paint finish, exposure in a salty atmosphere could affect the paint finish over time depending on local conditions.
