| You may notice something when you order a product and are about to enter your credit card information - the address of the page where you enter your credit card information is no longer “Norwich-Camping.co.uk.” Instead, it is has changed to https://ukvps.protx.com/ |

| This is because Norwich Camping does not take or store your credit card number. In fact, we never see it. Protx is our credit card processor, and they are the largest Payment Service Provider in the UK. This is why we use them. Your information is only transmitted to Protx. |

| The “s” now at the end of the “http” signifies that you are in a secure area. You may also see a padlock or key on the status area of your browser. |

| Protx has the highest level of security compliance possible. Protx uses Thawte 2048 bit encryption systems, and at the browser utilizes 128 Bit SSL. In other words, information passed between your computer and the processing webpage cannot be read in the event it is intercepted by someone else. |

| In addition, because your credit card information is never seen by our company, it makes it impossible for anyone to steal those details. In fact, ordering online is actually safer than calling our (or any) store and reading your credit card number to the sales assistant (people can listen in on a phone call, and the store must write down your card number, leaving a paper trail). |
