My order arrived a couple of days after I spoke with the lovely girl (I really wish I could remember her name) on your telephone sales line. At the time, I had to change the size of my order and ended up ordering a colour I didn't particularly want. 5 minutes after I placed the order, your girl phoned me back to say another colour was in stock that was closer to the one I wanted. I really appreciate this, because I know full well that many of the nationwide companies would not have made the effort.

So, a big thank you to you all. I've got the jacket I really wanted - at a price that no other website even got close to, and with service that went beyond my expectations. I'll no doubt be back for further items as a result.

Just to say that my wife and I were absolutely delighted with the fantastic service from Norwich Camping. From the start, when I telephoned to make an enquiry about the two Berghaus jackets, the staff were polite, efficient and helpful. The order was then placed by e-mail on Wednesday night, which meant it was Thursday before your staff could deal with it but by the next day, Friday, the jackets were delivered. A fantastic all round service and a great price  as well. I would certainly recommend this company any will definitely shop here again. Thanks again.

Thank you for your email.  I am thrilled with the Berghaus jacket that we ordered and we were very impressed by the prompt delivery.  We ordered it on the Sunday evening and it arrived on the Tuesday morning!  We have suffered a number of disappointments from online orders telling us that they will not reach us by Christmas, even though we ordered them 4 weeks ago, so top marks to you…..

There were so many outdoor clothing websites to choose from, but we will definitely add yours to our favourites!
